I'm posting this to the members of the community to make you aware that the forums to be used for any requests or questions, and also for our gaming community is now officially open. There will be small changes to the forums soon, such as cosmetic issues.

xxNetworking Issues - January 12, 2012, 07:44:56 PM
Due to networking issues, both our STREAM and POND boxes have currently been experiencing abnormally high pings. We assure you that this problem is being assessed and will be resolved as soon as possible.

Customers are welcome to put in a request to be moved to our RIVER box which is also based in Sydney, but luckily unaffected. Just send in a support ticket and we will have it transferred promptly.

Streamline apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, and we hope that there has been minimal downtime for the majority of our customers.

xxHard Drive Failure on River Box - December 08, 2011, 05:12:59 PM
As most of you know, we had some issues yesterday which resulted in both the hard drives on the RIVER box crashing. We have managed to recover the website but unfortunately the data from those servers has been lost. We have reinstalled your servers, and we'll be happy to help you re-upload your mods, all you have to do is send us a support ticket.

Clients on RIVER will receive additional time added to their invoices once we have finished setting up the box.

We apologise for the inconvenience and downtime caused.

xxLatest sourcemod and metamod added to Addons - October 15, 2011, 11:31:54 PM
We have added the latest sourcemod and metamod snapshots to the "Addons" section in the control panel.
Many plugins will require the latest sourcemod to function correctly.

To ensure that both these plugins are installed correctly, ensure that your server is turned off first.

xxLatest CSS Update - October 15, 2011, 01:39:17 PM
All servers should be up-to-date. We apologise for the time taken, this was due to the directory changes released with the update requiring a reconfiguration of the automated update feature of our control panel. We have copied all server data across to the new directories, preventing loss of customer's files.

Many plugins require the latest version of sourcemod to function with the latest CSS update, we will be adding this to the "addons" section of the control panel shortly.


Clients can manually update their servers by:
-STOPPING SERVER
-An "UPDATE" icon should appear.
-Update can take up to 20 minutes to complete.

If your server will not update, please submit a support ticket.

xxPOND IP Change - June 25, 2011, 03:43:16 PM
We have changed the IP address of POND from 203.98.81.49 to 203.98.81.56

This was due to a routing issue through the VOCUS pipeline which affected mostly international players.
We worked with the datacentre to rectify this issue, but were advised this issue would not be resolved till Monday. We have decided that a IP changed is the best solution.

Sourcemod and Metamod were incompatible with the latest counter-strike source update from Valve.

You can check if your server has the latest version by selecting your server in the control panel and checking the "Addons" section.

Many customers are experiencing high latency to Streamline's Australian servers.
This is due to the Exetel node. The datacentre is currently working towards fixing this issue.
