Due to networking issues, both our STREAM and POND boxes have currently been experiencing abnormally high pings. We assure you that this problem is being assessed and will be resolved as soon as possible.
Customers are welcome to put in a request to be moved to our RIVER box which is also based in Sydney, but luckily unaffected. Just send in a support ticket and we will have it transferred promptly.
