- Firstly, open up the 'Services' tab, and then simply click on 'My Services'.
- You must then place your cursor over the service you wish to upgrade and then simply click on the row.
- You will then find the 'Actions' section on the left of the page which contains the 'Upgrade/Downgrade Option' button.
- You can now select what you wish to upgrade. Please place in a Support Ticket to process a location change.
- Pay your next bill, and it will automatically upgrade your changes.
